Enjoy a special kind of relaxation thanks to our light-flooded and modern spa landscape, in which rounded shapes, warm colors and natural materials make bathing in the precious Ems thermal water an absolute highlight.
Various indoor and outdoor pools with temperatures between 18°C and 38°C await you in over 700 square meters of water. The special mineralization of the Ems thermal water and the warm temperatures have a relaxing and health-promoting effect on muscles, joints and skin.

Our indoor thermal pool offers you space to swim or relax in comfort. Relax your body and mind at 33°C. The pool also offers a small seating area with bubble jets that invite you to enjoy a special sense of well-being.
Guests who want to enjoy our bubble glands to the fullest will get their money's worth in our hot bubble pool. This is directly adjacent to the indoor thermal pool and, at 36°C, offers even more warmth.
In our outdoor thermal pool, you can enjoy nature with a view of the Lahn while your body is warmed in thermal water at a temperature of 32-35°C. Bubble loungers in the pool offer the ideal opportunity to relax.
The lighting of the pool creates a great atmosphere, especially in the dark.
Our opposing hot and cold pools offer you the ideal opportunity to promote your health. Switch between the two pools three times to get your body moving.
Of course, the two pools can also be used independently of each other; at 38°C you will feel pleasant warmth in the hot pool, while our cold pool will harden you at 18°C.
Exercise your body and mind in our exercise pool at a temperature of 32°C. The size of the pool is ideal for swimming a few lengths.
A special highlight: our free water gymnastics, which takes place Monday-Friday at 12 noon and 4 p.m.*.

With a length of 25 m, the outdoor sports pool is ideal for sporting activities. Build in a few laps between visits to our thermal pool and stimulate your body and mind by exercising in the fresh air.
The temperature of 24-28° Celsius forms the framework for your sports program.
Inhaling the fine steam in the Sidroga® herbal steam bath moistens the airways, which is particularly beneficial, even for colds. The high humidity also has a pain-relieving effect and can loosen tense muscles. Enjoy the relaxing effect of camomile, sage, peppermint and thyme at a temperature of 47 °C and 100 % humidity.
The recommended length of stay is 10-15 minutes, followed by a refreshing shower. In the Sidroga® herbal steam bath, the natural tea herbs from the Bad Ems-based company Sidroga are atomized using a special construction
Enjoy a comfortable and pleasant heat application on our infrared seats. The infrared light is transmitted to the skin without contact, which has a particularly warming and soothing effect.
The heat reaches the inside of the body via the blood. Special measuring sensors in the infrared elements permanently measure your skin temperature in the back area and thus determine the optimum heat setting for you.
Regular applications can stimulate blood circulation and metabolism to improve tissue supply. The heat can also relax the muscles and relieve pain. The recommended application time is 20 minutes.
The correct way of thermal bathing requires a balanced alternation between hot and cold bathing. The balance between bathing and resting should also be observed.

To the pool overviewGuests are allowed to use their smartphones in the ThermenLandschaft. However, the taking of any photo or video material is prohibited.
We want to give every guest the opportunity to relax on a lounger between bathing. For this reason, we provide baskets for storing your utensils free of charge so that no loungers need to be blocked.
There is no minimum age for the use of the thermal spa landscape. However, it is important to us that we treat our guests and our staff with respect. The Emser Therme is a place of peace and relaxation. Anyone who respects this is very welcome here.
It is possible to purchase separate admission to our Emser Therme for the ThermenLandschaft only. Should you wish to use the SaunaPark at a later date, you can easily book the appropriate tariff by passing through the turnstile.
