You can cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the treatment. Please inform us by email at beratung@emser-therme.de . If you have to postpone your appointment, please also inform us at least 24 hours in advance - we will be happy to find a new appointment with you. If you do not show up or cancel too late, we will have to charge the full treatment price.
Please arrive at the WellnessGalerie 5 minutes before your appointment. If you are late, we will unfortunately be forced to shorten your treatment time accordingly out of consideration for subsequent treatments. We
ask for your understanding.
We recommend that you drink enough before your appointment - we advise against heavy meals immediately before the treatment.
We ask that you come to your appointment showered and in dried swimwear or a bathrobe. During the treatment, it is beneficial for both you and your therapist if you enjoy the treatment without wearing any clothing. You will of course be covered with sauna towels during your treatment.
Our WellnessGalerie employs both male and female therapists. You are welcome to let us know at the time of booking whether you would like a male or female therapist to carry out the treatment.
If you have a special request or if there is something that our therapists need to take into account for medical reasons (taking blood-thinning medication, varicose veins, allergies), please let us know at the beginning of your treatment.
