Our SaunaPark is located directly adjacent to the thermal spa landscape. The 1000 m² area is the perfect place for rest and relaxation. There are 5 individually designed and temperature-controlled saunas as well as an outdoor exercise pool.
Two fireplace lounges and the relaxation oasis offer you plenty of space to relax. Especially in the summer months, the sauna garden invites you to sunbathe without wearing clothes. You can get that extra vitamin kick at our sauna bar with refreshing drinks and small snacks.
Our FlussSauna or PanoramaSauna is the highlight of the SaunaPark. Let your gaze wander over the Lahn valley at 85°C and discover the weir, the Malberg and the Silberau island opposite thanks to the large windows.
Paneling and porthole-like lamps create a yacht feeling. Our large sun deck with loungers and lounge furniture invites you to relax in the outdoor area. The special design creates the feeling of swimming on the Lahn - pure vacation feeling!
In the immediate vicinity of the PanoramaSauna and RiverSauna, the slightly smaller KlangSauna also offers a great view of the Lahn, including the surrounding nature.
Relax at 75°C and listen to the soothing natural scenery and birdsong.
Our salt sauna is not only very popular because of its health-promoting effects. It is also an absolute eye-catcher thanks to its unusual interior design with glowing salt stones.
The temperature is between 85°C and 90°C, while our guests let their body and mind relax.
The GardenSauna, our second infusion room next to the PanoramaSauna in the RiverSauna, offers space for up to 50 guests thanks to its architecturally sophisticated design.
A central feature is the centrally positioned sauna heater, which is surrounded by sauna benches arranged in a semi-circle. As a further highlight, guests can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the sauna garden and the River Lahn beyond.
Our exercise pool is perfect for swimming a few laps, not only for a change of scenery after a sauna, but also for cooling off in summer and for the hardy in winter.
The central location of the pool means that the loungers in the sauna garden and freshly squeezed juices at the sauna bar can be reached quickly and easily.
In contrast to Finnish saunas, the steam bath is characterized by a significantly lower temperature and higher humidity (100%). Nevertheless, the same body warming as in a sauna takes place, regardless of the lower temperatures.
Our steam bath is particularly suitable for sauna beginners and as an introduction during a longer sauna session.
Our sauna guests can use the plunge pool to cool down perfectly after a sauna session. The resulting interaction between hot and cold is essential in order to fully develop the health-promoting effect.
The difference in temperature not only strengthens the immune and cardiovascular system, but also promotes blood circulation.
Our foot-warming pools are located in the immediate vicinity of the relaxation room and are therefore perfect for finishing off a sauna session and relaxing with a view of the Lahn.
The 40° warm water has a positive effect on the body both before and after the sauna session - before the sauna it prepares the body for sweating, after the sauna it prevents perspiration.
Out of consideration for the privacy of all guests, the use of mobile devices is not permitted anywhere in the SaunaPark - not even for taking photos or listening to music.
As our SaunPark is a textile-free zone, it is not permitted to wear swimwear. Of course, all guests may use a towel or sauna kilt to cover themselves.
Our saunas are a place of peace and relaxation. Accordingly, we ask all guests to avoid loud conversations. Staring or observing behavior is equally perceived as unpleasant and does not belong in the textile-free area.
If used correctly, regular saunas have a positive effect on health and strengthen the immune system. In order to enjoy all the positive effects to the full, it's important to do it right.
To the step-by-step instructionsWe offer our guests the opportunity to book the tariff for our SaunaPark at a later date. Simply place your chip bracelet on the turnstile between ThermenLandschaft and SaunaPark and confirm the desired upgrade.
