A steady development

Demolition work

Demolition work began in January 2011.

The building was initially evacuated for around two weeks.

Major measures were then carried out.

New building

The ground-breaking ceremony for the new thermal baths took place on June 6, 2011.

The grand opening of the new thermal spa took place on December 19, 2011.

The new spa was built on the same site as the old spa.

Vitasol Therme

The VitaSol Therme in Bad Salzuflen is a place of regeneration, fed by one of the strongest brine springs in Germany. The extensive spa and sauna area focuses on health, exercise and relaxation.
The brine inhalatorium and the panoramic outdoor pool are particularly popular - perfect for a short break with a lasting relaxing effect.

Caracalla Therme & Friedrichsbad

In the heart of the spa town of Baden-Baden, the Caracalla Therme invites you to enjoy a luxurious thermal bathing experience. The modern spa landscape with over 4,000 m² of water offers soothing relaxation in various indoor and outdoor pools, filled with healing thermal water from a depth of up to 2,000 m.
