All fitness members and day guests train in sports clothing including sports shoes. A towel must also be used as a base for training on the strength equipment or in the classes.
In the FitnessPanorama, you can take a break at the fitness counter. Cold or hot drinks quench your thirst and healthy fitness bars or protein shakes provide refreshment in between.
FitnessPanorama members can take advantage of special combination options with the ThermenLandschaft and SaunaPark. If booked accordingly, they have the opportunity to enjoy the extensive bathing and sauna world once a week. Day guests also have the option of booking a combined ticket for the FitnessPanorama and the Emser Therme.
